Premier House Care, Inc. is working with for its Customer support Center.  The CSR must demonstrate business skills with interest to details and accuracy in the home care atmosphere. This position necessaries multi-tasking and issue resolving with a high degree of typing, information access, and workplace decorum. Must have a higher level of spoken and written interaction abilities.
Duties Include:.
Acting quickly to client queries.
Offering information on items and services.
Collaborating and connecting with inner division.
Preserving in-depth paperwork.
Addressing phones and direct inbound employ a professional manner.
Keeping record of client communications and purchases.
Preserving consumer databases.
Supplying feedback on the efficiency of the client service process .
Education and Encounter:.
Senior high school Diploma, basic education and learning degree or equivalent.
